LOYALLOCK REFUND POLICY

LoyalLock, LLC. ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://loyallock.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding refunds and cancellations of services on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the refunds and cancellations in accordance with this policy.

14-Day Free Trial

Each account that is created on the Site is provided a 14-day free trial period. During this trial period, all portions of the Site are available and fully functional for free. Once the 14-day trial period has ended, the account will be charged in accordance to the monetary value of their account plan, using the billing information collected during registration.

Cancelling Your Account

At any point in time, an account may be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made by emailing info@loyallock.com. If an account is cancelled within the 14-day free trial period, the account will not be charged.

Refunds

Our service plans are prepaid, and there are no automated refunds offered when an account is cancelled. During a cancellation request, the account owner may request a refund. We reserve the right to refund up to one billing cycle using the billing information on file.

Changes To This Refund Policy

LoyalLock, LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on the Site. You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes.
